How You Can Pick Up Women at the Gym

Now most of us want to go to a dark, smoky place to meet up with friends.  We all take care of our attire, how we smell and look before stepping out of our front door. 

But the gym doesn’t seem a likely place to pick up a girl.  However, I’m going to show you how the gym can be a perfect place to find a girl. 

Gyms are extremely social places.  The point of going to a gym is two-fold: to exercise and get fit and to make friends.  Most of the folks you will meet there will be friendly, but their goal is to become fit or maintain a level of fitness.  

Since that’s a major reason for being there, take time to tone your abs, pects, and gluteous.  You’ll look better, feel better, and have a better chance of attracting women who are fit, as well.

Don’t hang with the guys that are there just to look at girls.  These are really sleazy guys, at least that’s what most girls think.  They really don’t like being ogled by guys at the gym.  It’s really creepy to them.  Trust me, you don’t want to be thought of as creepy.

Be natural.  When you talk with a girl, start a conversation about the equipment, the exercise routine you or she is in, or just be polite and say Hi and let her exercise.  That is what she’s there for.  But if she wants to talk about something, you have an open opportunity.

Make sure that while your at the gym that you dress in appropriate attire.  Don’t make your exercise outfit a pair of Speedos and a tight shirt.  Make it appropriate for the exercise.  Shower afterward, use deodorant, you know.  Be clean.         

Meeting girls at the gym is ok as long as you remember that everyone is there to exercise and respect their time.
